Krusteaz

Continental Mills approached us with the task of overhauling their entire lineup of 75+ Krusteaz baked goods SKUs, with the goal of modernizing, revitalizing, and unifying their overall shelf presence.

From project kickoff to on-shelf was approximately 18 months, which included months of planning, strategy, design exploration, consumer testing, refinement, printing, and fulfillment.

Our design journey involved art directing all new photography, retouching and color-correcting hundreds of images, developing a unified color strategy for all flavors and product types, as well as press checking for final color and quality control. Similar to our Celestial Seasonings brand redesign, the Krusteaz redesign was as much an organizational and workflow challenge as it was a design challenge.
